This is inflammation of a vein or lymph chanel with a firm cord on the surface of the penis. The cause is unknown. No treatment is required -- it clears up on its own. Although not apparently sexually acquired, STDs are more common in people with penile sclerosing lymphangitis. Depending on your sexual lifestyle, you may need STD testing: discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
