Orgasm is the feeling at the height of sex and is accompanied by ejaculation. There are some conditions where the ejaculate does not come out and goes in the bladder- that is retrograde ejaculation. Orgasm is mental (sensory) as well as physical (increase in pulse B.P. and resp. and other bodily manifestations). Have your urine tested post sex. It will show sperms.
