Been getting a burning and pressure feeling in the lower left abdomen for about 9 weeks now with alot of mucus when i wipe after poop no fever benn feeling nausea as well what could this be does not effect me when standing seems to be only when layin?

Regular bowel movements? .Are you constipated? Other issues-may be food intolerances, early inflammatory bowel disease, unlikely to be diverticulitis as by 9 weeks once would expect fever, proctitis(STD, trauma, recent antibiotics) -rarely mass., Would follow up with gastroenterologist.
