Are you doing the same types of exercise all the time? You may want to try different exercises and rotate what exercises you do so that you will have less muscle aching. You could try exercises with less impact, like swimming, to see if that decreases your discomfort. You could get a trainer to make sure you are doing the exercises and stretches correctly. Agree with Dr. Ferrantti. You may be overdoing the exercise. Try to reduce the intensity of exercise to about 80% of what you have been doing. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
