Does a covid-19 vaccine not work if it is injected by accident into subcutaneous tissue? is it necessary to get another dose?

It probably works just fine whether subcutaneous or IM. Anyway, it's unlikely the person who vaccinated you made such a mistake. Don't worry about it.

I have not seen any research on this. I would ask the place that gave you the shot.
