Is it possible to tear or that i tore my hymen by masturbating always but i never put anything up there i just use the water from shower head or rub my clit.. is it possible i tore it? ( i never bled but just to make sure, can i tear it from just rub?

I understand how important an intact hymen can be in some cultures, often interpreted as evidence of virginity. However, an intact hymen has always been a poor indicator of virginity. Torn hymen is common in virgins, sometimes from tampon use, or from masturbation, medical exams, etc. And sometimes hymens remain intact after vaginal intercourse. Simple rubbing usually won't do it, but it might.
