My husband has stage 4 cancer that has metastasized should he do the turp procedure...can it cause the cancer to become more aggressive?

TURP procedure will make it easier for him to pass urine, if his prostate is enlarged and interfering with passing urine. The procedure will not affect the cancer in anyway.
