25female 4 lns enlarged in upper neck for 2 yrs. achey/painful. seen 2 docs & had 2 us. docs say they're enlarged/reactive, mayb allergies. on flonase, claritn & azelastine. y haven't they suggested biopsy since lymphoma cant b ruled out w/o biopsy?

Lymph nodes of 2 year duration and they do not get bigger and you are still fine at this time except localized pain so it is unlikely lymphoma or any other malignant disease.

Agree with Dr. Le. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
