There is a report case of a patient being given azithromycin with paracetamol tablet for 6 days. the patient came back with the complaint of not having taste and smell. is azithromycin has anything to do with taste and smell?

The lack of taste and smell is pretty specific to Covid-19 infection. It is more likely to be due to Covid than the azithromycin. So, if they haven’t had a Covid test, this needs to be done. If Covid positive, isolate and call your doctor. If negative, see your doctor and get a Covid vaccine, when available. Good luck!!
