Losing weight is very simple (in concept). East fewer calories that you burn and walla your weight will go down. Use the app Cronometer to track you food and exercise. Set you calories in to less that you burn till you get to desired weight. Most healthy is a BMI of less than 25.Good luck. You can do it.
