Not sure why you used a toothbrush but I would suggest seeing an obgyn to see if you injured your clitoris since it is delicate

An electric toothbrush is for the teeth not to be used as an vibrator. The bristles are soft and can sometimes come loose and irritate you unlike a smooth plastic vibrator. If you continue to use the electric brush than only use it for pleasure, not for brushing or cleaning jewelry. Clean it an antibacterial solution after every use. A smooth plastic vibrator is best and easy to clean.
