It would depend on what you are tested for. Not all STDs show up on lab tests in a reliable manner. It also depends on the method of testing. It would be imperative to talk to your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Get HPV vaccine.
