Hi i am 30 weeks pregnant. having numbness in my vaginal and back passage area on and off. i had an mri scan today of my back and it showed no cauda equina syndrome. would an mri definetly show anything serious ? and should i stop worrying now ?

These symptoms can occur from the increase in uterine size and increased pelvic congestion seen in pregnancy. As mentioned, the negative MRI will give you much peace of mind.
