Sperm only has enough energy stores within its structure to last about 5 days in the most favorable environment. When its energy stores are depleted its cellular structure breaks down. In the colon it would be expelled is the surrounding waste within that time frame. Any discharge you have from the anus now has nothing to do with the event when you were 3.
