I have a few horizontal tears on the glans as a result of dry masterbation (i don't suspect std's). how could i take care of these tears? there is also a small scare on the meatus that is not closing? p.s. my urologist said its nothing important tnx?

Good new if your urologist says it is nothing important! You can usually treat small tears with just topical antibiotic ointment for a few days and give the tears a chance to heal for 5-7 days or so.
