You should go to an emergency care for evaluation and treatment. The ground coffee and pieces that you describe mean that you are vomiting digested blood coming from a very damaged area in your digestive tract. They need to find the cause . You have lost a lot of blood and your blood pressure may drop. You may be feeling weak. Better not drive but find someone to take you to the Doctors.
