This could be blood: This could suggest that you are having intestinal bleeding. Blood that interacts with stomach acid can appear to look like coffee grounds and coffee ground vomiting is a clue to your physician that you are having bleeding in your stomach. The weakness could be that you are rapidly getting anemic. You need to call your physician now and get immediate therapy. This can be dangerous.
