If you have diabetes mellitus, chance that you may have catheter related fungal infection. If you just have itching and yo u can see some white exudate around the meatus and the tip of your penis, you may try to apply Lotrimin cream (an antifungal cream OTC), twice a day. However, if the urine in the bag is very cloudy you need to see your PMD or urologist for checking the urine for treatment.
