The pain and bleeding post myomectomy with masturbation and presumably orgasm is probably a function of the uterine musculature and surgical sites that haven't completely healed. Masturbation increases blood flow to the uterus and orgasm causes uterine contractions(pain in this case) and bleeding. See your surgeon if this continues past 3 months for assessment and examination.
