Certain oral contraceptives contain less androgenic progestins (norgestimate, desogestrel, gestodene), which can result in fewer androgenic side effects such as oily skin, acne, hirsutism, android obesity, and androgenic alopecia. Junell 1/20 contains Ethinyl Estradiol/Norethindrone Acetate. Better choices for low androgens would be: Orthotricyclen, Orthocept, Desogen, Modicon, Demulen, Ortho777.
