Two potential dads makes this a legal issue. The NIPS is a non invasive test that finds fetal DNA in your blood and tests paternity or other issues as needed. It is usually performed as early as 8-10 wks so you can get a head start on sorting out the issues involved. The NIPS will stand up in court during paternity proceedings. You can sort it out now or it may be obvious after delivery.
