I've never felt that different odor of stools had any real diagnostic value. Your symptoms have some features of irritable bowel syndrome but intolerance of lactose or gluten are possibilities. If you feel certain foods are not triggers of symptoms, you could try peppermint oil or activated charcoal for relief. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals reduces gas formation. ?See gastroenterologist
