I have # of neutrophils at #10.1 k/ul and lymphocytes at #1.6 k/ul and #monocytes at 0.9 k/ul. should i be worried?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you do not have any symptoms, especially if there is no fever, it is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
