You need to see your GP or a specialist Gastroenterologist to discuss controlling your acid reflux. Reflux is more than bothersome. It can be quite dangerous. You need to get it under control by both dietary adjustment, lifestyle adjustment, and medication. You would profit from seeing a nutritionist.

If you are overweight, that may be making the acid reflux worse and "burger" not a good diet. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
