How can i pass stone fragments after lithotripsy if the stent is in place? i watched a urologist say that stone fragments will not pass with the stent. i have an appointment 18 days after lithotripsy for a follow up to see if 16 mm stone was broken?

Your urologist will be able to monitor your progress. If the stone was fragmented enough, you should be able to pass the stone. The stent will act as a guide if you need to have a stone extraction.
