It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Take acetaminophen for pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. If pain persists after taking "Tylenol" for 2-3 days, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
