Agree this needs to be examined but you are describing what may be ringworm (tine corporis) which is a superficial fungal infection that is easily treatable.

Agree with Dr P.S. this needs to be examined (sometimes can be done via telehealth video visit) & that it could be Tinea corporis fungal rash but could also be Tinea versicolor- which can sometimes be treated with Selsun Blue over the counter, or Pityriasis rosea, which eventually goes away.
