Got out of the shower tonight and noticed a thin, blue line the size of my fingernail on my thigh. worked out a lot today-could it be strain or a stretch mark? im fairly light skinned so perhaps it could be that, too. or is it a circulation issue?

Sounds to me like you were noticing a blood vessel that usually you don't see. The heat of the shower likely caused it to dilate to the point you noticed it. You might try sometime putting a heating pad on the area and see if you can reproduce the "line". If so, it's a pretty shut and dried case that it's a blood vessel. Nothing to worry about!

The rash is mainly thighs/lower legs somewhat circular with purplish background. She says it makes her legs feel tingly. She has had positive ANA blood work and low c4 at 17. She does seem to have poor circulation when she stands for a while.
