The Texas Medical Board requires a doc to have a direct patient relationship, retrievable records and recent vital signs to prescribe anything to anyone. Anxiety meds are controlled substances subject to increased record keeping & federal scrutiny. Any doc failing to follow these standards can lose their license. This site does not offer scripts/notes or other forms of direct patient care.

Read Daniel Amen M.D.'s "Healing Anxiety and Depression" & "End of Mental Illness" for a global holistic approach of diet, exercise, neutraceuticals &d medication. Consult either the web or a local meditation center to learn transcendental meditation used for millenia to reduce stress. Take a daily walk in the woods to restore your homeostasis with your body & with nature. Then talk to a MD.
