You may repeat the home pregnancy test in 4-5 days, unless you get a period by then. Or you could get a blood test for HCG to settle the issue now. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
