Unsure: Could possibly be a hernia. The umbilicus is a physiologic 'weak spot' on the abdominal wall, and tenderness there may just be due to the pressure exerted against the abdominal wall from the sneeze, but could also be due to a hernia there. A hernia is a defect in the fibrous layer /covering under the muscles, and small holes can cause pain or bulge in that area.
