I went into the walk in with mild itching and burning on monday. i was prescribed fluconazole. i then followed up with my gynecologist thursday- my symptoms were almost completely gone. but, then i took my second fluconazole and the itching reoccured?

Could be an allergic reaction, or just need more fluconazole to treat, to be certain, suggest you get skin testing or RAST blood test to identify this with an allergist if you are concerned, and it may be one of the other ingredients in the Fluconazole preparation you took...
