Not a pathological problem. Just that tamsulosin causes retrograde ejaculation, as part of its basic actions.

The med interferes with the muscle that closes the part of the urethra when you ejaculate so it does not go into the bladder. Go to Wikipedia and uptodate.com and read more. Then discuss with your personal physician. Do not rely on this as a method of birth control however.
