Sudden pain on back of thigh only when walking or using stairs not at rest. The pain is at the very bottom of left thigh, just before knee crease almost to the side of thigh but not quite. Small area, about size of a nickle. Sharp pain. Ideas?
Lateral knee pain for 6 weeks after running, but not during. Treated for ITBS, but not healing. Something else? rested and cross trained. I did PT and strengthening too. Stairs hurt and walking fast, but doctors say looks good structurally.
I fell on the stairs and landed on my left knee and foot. Now the side of my foot hurts a lot, if I need to walk on it the pain is like 9/10. It's also very swollen around the lateral malleolus. Does it just need rest or do I need a doctor?
