Not sure how we should categorize "major", but at age 18, headaches would be rarely related to intracranial structural lesions. I would instead wonder about migraine and tension headaches amongst other considerations. Contact your doctor and get a clinical evaluation. If migraine, and consideration for "chronic daily headaches", would next see neurologist.
