It is very common for testicular discomfort to radiate to the abdomen. If your testicle is tender to the touch it signifies some inflammation. A low grade epididymus (sits on top of the testicle) inflammation may be the problem. Your physician or a urologist can evaluate and advise you. Appropriate testing will be done.
