This is hard to assess. We know that the hep B virus can survive in discarded needles & transmit disease through an accidental stick months later. Whether that would happen from dried out blood film on a surface is hard to determine. Saliva has antigerm properties. How it would enter your blood during feeding is unknown. If you are concerned about such an exposure just get tested.
