I have ibs and suffer from constipation. i took laxatives and they worked but the next day im constipated again. theres small hard lumps i can feel when i push on the left lower abdomen. what do i do?

IBS with constipation is often a lifelong issue. Moreover, over time laxatives can become “addicting” - the more you use, the more you need. Really need to sit down and discuss with your doctor (or Gastroenterologist)
