Talk to doctor: You should find out if this cat has been vaccinated against rabies or not. If cat has been vaccinated and you see the proof of vaccination ,then you are not going to get rabies ,otherwise go to E.R. and start getting vaccination to protect from rabies .

Hard to say: Most local health departments keep track of the local rabies activity monitored by state labs. Domesticated pets are seldom a risk, but if there is rabies in the region and the cat can get outside, exposure can occur. If properly vaccinated, risk would be low. So there are specific points of missing information that limit my response. Infection/tetanus is a primary risk. You should call your doc.
