Little or no risk. It generally takes a lot more exposure to transmit the virus. Nothing to worry about. Anyway, you might have been vaccinated against hepatitis B in childhood, which has been routine in most industrialized countries (probably including the UK) for 20 years or more. If so, you are immune.
