If you engaged in unprotected anal intercourse with a person whose history you don't know, sexually transmitted diseases such as chlamydia or gonorrhea are concerns. The infection could be in the skin or in the anal canal. Alternatively it could simply be a nonserious mucus discharge. I recommend going to your MD or a clinic for an examination and any appropriate testing.
