You should see your doctor so you can be examined. There are many possible causes of your symptoms, like constipation, gallbladder problem, dietary issues, etc. Your doctor will be able to take a detailed history about your symptoms and examine you. You may need additional testing to find out the etiology of your symptoms. So, see your doctor and feel better real soon!!

It is good that you realize that you need to lose weight. It is imperative, though not easy. Joining a support group like Weight Watchers may help.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
