Had a caesarean in 2017 and all was well. i've had a sharp pain that would just come once close the incision area. today i feel some thing there, pain not too painful but is its uncomfortable especially today. can i be concerned?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It could be due to entrapment of nerve in a scar. It would be prudent to see the doctor who performed the surgery. Wish you good health!
