What does occult blood result of "small" mean in a urinalysis? all other results ok?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the result your provided is not in the usual form of such results. In any case any abnormal bleeding needs to be investigated. Wish you good health!
