Maybe: It could be pneumonia, it could a sinus infection, it could be the end of the cold, or many other things. The presence of chills suggests a secondary bacterial infection. You will be sick every two-three weeks for many years working in day care until you acquire sufficient immunity to fight off these viruses. You may have had one virus after another. See your doctor to be sure.
