What can i do if i feel like i am being coerced into having a c-section by my doctor? my pregnancy is healthy but now that i might be at the 41 week mark over the long weekend, i must now strongly consider an elective c-section..this was not the plan?

The inherent risks include sudden fetal compromise, and prolonging delivery beyond 41 weeks is now considered unsafe. Your physician probably wants you prepared if induction fails, for a C/S.
