How does one know if it's metastatic cancer to the spine or spinal hemangiomas? for yrs before i had breast cancer my dr said hemangiomas. now after breast cancer they are saying metastatic. i want 100% proof. two completely different things?

Sounds very frustrating, as hard to objectify the comments. Suggest this be handled via a second opinion. Additional studies may well give you the "100% proof" you seek.
