Take the one that is available first. There is little to choose between the vaccines. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.

I must agree with Dr. Singh. Both are mRNA vaccines with very similar profiles. You would benefit from either one. The longer people hold off from getting vaccinated, the more that allows for virulent variant strains to develop. Our president has directed that states make COVID 19 vaccination available to all adults by 1 May 2021. I would accept any of the 3 current vaccines in the US as soon

Currently, it is clear that vaccines become available in batches destined to certain facilities, and there is literally no choice. In my opinion, that is not a problem, as all three are very effective. Urge using vaccine available when your time is present, and get this completed. Not really worthwhile to ponder one vrs other, and clearly risky to delay.
