My wife has, what seems to be a spider bite, in her pelvic area. it started off looking like an ingrown hair, now it's very swollen and red, and when squeezed a lot of puss comes out, she's on antibiotics for almost two days now. please advise?

This is no spider bite, but a skin abscess. (It may in fact have started as an ingrown hair.) I hope she has seen a doctor, and not self treating or on antibiotics with only a pharmacist's advice. It takes a few days for such things to improve. She should check back with the doctor if not improving after another 2-3 days.
