Infection.: This could be an infection, which would likely be bacterial and would require antibiotics. Get to your doctor for evaluation and antibiotics.

Maybe: If you released all the pus and it is less red, swollen and painful, it should be okay. If it continues to be swollen, red and painful you need to be seen for antibiotics and possibly, further drainage. I hope this helps.
